Mega Night Market

Join the team behind the market
Volunteer Crew
Volunteer Overview
Thank you for your interest in the Mega Night Market Volunteer Crew! A market is only as good as the people who support it, and our volunteers help with everything from vendor check-in and guest wayfinding to stage support and family activity areas.
Volunteers must exemplify a professional, welcoming attitude at all times, with vendors, guests, staff, and each other. Interested in volunteering for July 2026 and beyond? Apply below or email info@meganightmarket.com.
Student Hours & Scholarships
A core goal of our volunteer program is helping students earn documented community service hours toward scholarship eligibility, such as Florida Bright Futures. Every shift you work is verified by our crew leads, and we provide signed documentation of your hours for your school or scholarship application.
Long term, we are working toward a partnership with Profferfish so students can log volunteer hours digitally and track their progress toward scholarship requirements in one place. Until that integration is live, our team will continue to verify and sign off on hours manually.
Code of Conduct
- Volunteers are not allowed to impersonate staff members.
- Volunteers must not alter, damage, or edit Mega Night Market administered apparel and equipment: t-shirts, vests, buttons, megaphones, clipboards, etc.

This includes asking for selfies or requests to record performances. Only one (1) counseling/mediation may be facilitated for the first violation at staff discretion. Most incidents and repeat infractions will result in removal from the program and/or the venue at large. Extreme incidents will result in a ban from Mega Night Market and related events.
