All food and beverage vendors must follow food safety guidelines and pass a standard DBPR inspection. For assistance with obtaining the required certification or inspection, please contact us at info@meganightmarket.com.

The market does not offer exclusivity. Vendors may sell any approved items listed on their application. Certain categories may be limited to prevent oversaturation of identical products.

Events are held rain or shine.

If severe weather or an official emergency, such as a hurricane warning, makes it unsafe to continue, the event will be rescheduled.

A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required for all vendors selling consumable products (food, drinks, cottage food, slushies, health beverages, etc.). This protects your business in the event of a customer complaint such as foodborne illness. Insurance can be purchased through providers like Flip Program, Hiscox, or Next Insurance.

Our events are full-day festivals, often requiring vendors to work 10+ hours. For this reason, Kidpreneur participation is not recommended. We encourage exploring morning markets or programs designed specifically for youth vendors.

Requirements vary by event. Please review the Vendor Application for details on whether multi-day participation is mandatory.

Vendor applications serve as the initial submission. Once payment is made, it becomes a legally binding contract. Vendor fees are non-refundable, as stated on the application.

Vendor fees cover space rental, entertainment, and marketing efforts. The market promotes events through social media, advertising, and paid influencers.

Water access is available at most events. Electricity is not provided. Vendors must supply all necessary equipment, including tents, tables, lighting, generators, propane, and other setup items. The market does not provide or rent equipment.

For multi-day festival events, vendors are not required to break down daily. Use your best judgment regarding weather conditions and the stability of your setup.

Mega Night Market and its partners do not guarantee attendance, customer traffic, sales, or media exposure. Vendors understand that participation involves financial risk, just as the organizers invest significant resources into producing the event.
